MALACO
One of the leading labels in the gospel world was and still is Malaco. In the late sixties Malaco started as a soul label and it was not until 1975 with the signing of the Jackson Southernaires before Malaco became a house-hold name in the contemporary world of gospel music. You can read the Malaco story at their own website. Malaco had one gospel subsidiary, Muscle Shoals Sound Gospel on with 12 album releases in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
There are still few gaps in the Malaco discography. All additions are highly appreciated.
