HSE LPs
In 1979 Larry Blackwell bought HSE from Hoyt Sullivan. Blackwell for a time issued albums on HSE/Black Label (at least till 1981) before he only used the Black Label name. HSE/Black Label issues were numbered in a 3000 series (no discography available). The numbering system used in the early days of HSE is a bit confusing, because up till HSE 1420, 45s and LPs were part of the same series. The only difference was that LPs were given a prefix of “1”.
