Norris Turner was a member of this group in their early days, in the first half of the 1950s. Their first released 45 on Pitch was in 1961 with Turner singing lead. Turner had left already by that time. Other members of the group were Alphonse Devlin, George Timothy Devlin Jr, James Marron Hackett, James Wilson and  James Smith. Prior to their recordings for Pitch they released one 45 as the Golden Stars Quintet on Sullivan.
