GOLDENAIR(E)S

With Goldenair(e)s from Cincinnati, Jackson, Rocky Mount, Richmond and a few we don't know where they're coming from, it's a bit confusing to detect who made which record around what year. About some Goldenair(e)s we know a bit more and they have their own webpage:

- Fantastic Goldenaires of Rocky Mount, NC & Richmond, Virginia (one group)

- Golden Aires of Cincinnati, Ohio

- Golden Aires of Santa Anna, California

About the following Goldenairs, Golden Aires or whatever the spelling is they used we know hardly anything, but perhaps you can enlighten us. All additions and corrections are as always highly appreciated.

JACKSON GOLDEN AIRS

The Jackson Golden Airs out of Jackson, Tennessee recorded two 45s for D-Vine Spirituals out of Memphis, TN in the mid to late seventies.

GOLDENAIRES

As far as we know, the following recordings aren't by the group out of Ohio or the group out of Rocky Mount, but are made by an entirely different outfit. Group members were: Robert Golden, Thomas Ray Beard and Charlie Yancey. They released three 45s one after another on Memphis based Designer and that was it, for this group of  Goldenaires.
